Abboud Tours provides guided tours, transportation, and travel-related services throughout the Holy Land. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on local conditions.

3. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after payment is received.
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14+ days before the tour: full refund.
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the tour: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour: non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled tours.
• Follow local laws and respect cultural norms.
• Maintain valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).
• Travelers must have valid health insurance and travel insurance for the duration of their trip. This ensures coverage for medical emergencies, accidents, trip interruptions, or other unexpected events.

6. Liability & Limitations

Abboud Tours is not responsible for delays, injuries, loss of property, or events beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or political conditions.

7. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to safety concerns, weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. All efforts will be made to provide equivalent alternatives.
